Some aspects of the Hogfather suggest the anti-Santa Claus who lives on in some German folklore. This is a book that can be read at several levels, if nothing else, then simply for the humour. There was fun, there was suspense, there was the signature humour as sharp as Death’s scythe, Needed it this year especially.
